How to recover Instagram page by email?

To recover your account via email, just click on Get help signing in on the home page and when you log in. Then, in the first box of the opened form, enter your username, email and phone number. Next, click on Send an Email and click Ok. At this point, Instagram will send your account password recovery link to the registered email.
After completing these steps, temporarily exit the Instagram app and open your Instagram email. Look for the email sent from the Instagram team in your inbox. If you don’t see it in the Inbox, refer to Spam. In this email, click on the blue Reset your password link. By clicking on this link, you will enter the Instagram environment through the email’s internal browser. In the opened Enter New Password field, enter the new password and press the reset password button.
Finally, you will see a confirmation message and by pressing Save password you can save the new password in your phone. Finally, you can enter the Instagram application with a new username and password.
